Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
- Packages are generally dispatched within 7-15 work days after receipt of payment depending on the nature of the item. For custom work we will also send you a design for confirmation first before the final product is manufactured.
- If you are ordering an item where you need custom wording to be done just add the wording in customize box provided at the bottom of the page.
- We make use of courier services for delivery and for this reason the shipping fees are calculated for Local and regional shipping areas. Should you stay in a remote location please contact us for an accurate quotation.
- Zippy Laser reserves the right to amend shipping costs at any time.
- Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as courier costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and final destination. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
- Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
- Free Shipping applies to orders over R800.00 within South Africa only at the discretion of Zippy Laser on good ordered online to all major centers (outlying areas excluded).
- Delivery costs are calculated for deliveries within South Africa only, orders outside of South Africa can be accommodated. Should you wish to make orders from outside of South Africa please contact us email@example.com
- Certain products bought on Zippy Laser are eligible for return within 7 working days from receipt of delivery of merchandise at the discretion of Zippylaser
- Please note that items arriving after the 7 working day return deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
- The Zippy Laser support team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request has been received and approved, we will issue a return reference number for you to use. Please note that any items returned without an reference number will not be processed.
- Refunds will be made at the discretion of Zippy Laser.
- We are unable to accept returns for goods that are not in their original packaging.
- All products must be returned in perfect working order.
- We aim to process all returns within one week. Should you have any queries please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- In the unlikely event of the incorrect product being delivered or the product being damaged, broken or faulty, you need to notify us of the damaged/ broken/faulty product within 72 hours of receipt of the goods. Please email email@example.com with a photo image of the damage, if possible. Make sure to keep all original packaging. We will ensure the correct/new product is delivered to you.
- Handling Fees may be charged and is calculated at our own discretion per each individual order. The handling fee will include transport fees and/or custom work included in completion of the product.
