We specialize in laser cutting, engraving and rotary engraving (also wine glasses or drinking glasses).
We cut or engrave most non-metal materials up to a thickness of 8mm, this includes:
wood, acrylic (Perspex), leather, cardboard, foam, laminates, glass, paper, stone, ceramics, fabric or cloth and many more.
Laser engraving vaporizes the top layer of the material that you are engraving to reveal what ever is below. For this reason anything engraved will not necessarily show in black, instead it could just be a few shades darker (when engraving wood), or many shades darker with a deeper engraving as more power is used to do this and this burns the top layer more.
Acrylic (plexiglass or perspex), engraves leaving a "white" layer.
Laser engraving onto glass actually causes micro-fractures in the glass and this is visible, for this reason it is not recommended to engrave very thin glass such as Crystal Champagne glasses.
We can do rotary engraving on glasses, wine glasses, stationary and many others.
